1. General Provisions

Welcome to ValoxVSL ("we", "us", "our platform"). These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our website, client dashboard, and all related services for creating Video Sales Letter (VSL) videos.

By registering and using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ValoxVSL provides professional marketing video content creation services, including:

• Video Sales Letters (VSL) - professional production of sales videos
• UGC (User Generated Content) creative - authentic advertising content
• Multiple hook variations for A/B testing
• Marketing consultations and strategic support

Services are provided through our online platform with a client dashboard, where clients can manage their companies, products, and VSL video requests.

3. Registration and Platform Access

3.1. Registration Process

To use our services, you need to create an account. Registration requires a valid email address and goes through an approval process by our team. Account approval is carried out at our discretion within 24-48 hours.

3.2. User Account Statuses

Your account may have one of the following statuses:

• Pending Approval - the account has been created and is awaiting review by an administrator
• Approved - you have full access to the client dashboard and all features
• Rejected - the access request has been denied

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to accounts at our discretion, including in cases of violation of these terms.

4. Client Dashboard and Features

4.1. Company Management

After account approval, you can create and manage company profiles. For each company, information such as name, industry, and logo is stored. You can create multiple companies under a single account.

4.2. Product Management

For each company, you can add products for which you want VSL videos. For each product, the following information is required: product name, description, target audience, website address, and a link to an assets folder with advertising materials.

4.3. Request System (VSL Orders)

VSL video requests are submitted through the dashboard and go through the following statuses:

• Pending - the request has been submitted and is awaiting review
• Accepted - the request has been approved and work is scheduled
• In Progress - the video is actively being worked on
• Has Pending Notes - additional information or feedback is required
• Completed - the video is finished and delivered
• Rejected - the request has not been approved

4.4. Additional Notes and Communication

During the fulfillment process, you can add additional notes to your requests. Notes go through review and can be accepted or rejected by our team. This ensures structured communication and traceability.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1. Pricing Policy

The prices of our services are indicative and subject to change without notice. Published prices serve as a starting point; the final price is determined individually for each client based on:

• Complexity and scope of the project
• Number and duration of videos
• Specific requirements and additional services
• Delivery timelines
• Order volume and frequency

All prices are personalized and adaptive. The final price proposal is negotiated individually and confirmed before work begins.

5.2. Subscription Plans

We offer both one-time orders and subscription plans with preferential terms. Subscriptions may include bonus videos, priority support, and reduced prices.

5.3. Payments

Payments are made according to the agreed terms. We accept various payment methods, which are specified upon order confirmation. Work on the project begins after receipt of the corresponding payment or deposit.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Rights to Finished Materials

Upon full payment for the services, the client receives non-exclusive rights to use the created video materials for their marketing and advertising purposes without time limitation.

6.2. ValoxVSL Rights

ValoxVSL retains the right to use the created materials (or parts thereof) for:

• Portfolio and demonstration purposes
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Case studies and references

If you wish for full confidentiality and exclusive rights, this must be explicitly agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Revisions and Corrections

The number of included revisions depends on the chosen plan and is specified during negotiation:

• Standard plans include a specific number of revisions
• Additional revisions can be requested for an additional fee
• Revision requests are submitted through the notes system in the dashboard

The client must provide feedback within 7 days of receiving the materials. After this period, the project is considered accepted.

8. Delivery Timelines

The standard delivery time is 7 business days from the moment when:

• The request has been accepted and confirmed
• All necessary materials and information have been received
• The corresponding payment/deposit has been made

Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project, current workload, and the presence of additional requirements. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

9. Results Analysis and Tracking

To optimize video content and measure effectiveness, ValoxVSL uses various analytics tools, including:

• Google Analytics for website analytics
• Pixel technologies for tracking conversions and user behavior
• Engagement metrics analysis tools
• A/B testing of different hook variations

10. Client-Provided Materials

For the fulfillment of VSL requests, the client is responsible for providing:

• Detailed description of the product/service
• Target audience information
• Advertising materials (images, videos, logos)
• Access to website or landing page
• Specific requirements and guidelines

The client guarantees that they have the right to use all provided materials and that they do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

11. Disclaimer

ValoxVSL does not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns in which our videos are used. The success of campaigns depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including:

• Quality and competitiveness of the product/service
• Advertising strategy and budget
• Audience targeting
• Market conditions and competition
• Quality of the landing page and sales process

We provide services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValoxVSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform at any time, at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Provision of false information
• Misuse of the platform or services
• Non-payment of amounts due

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notification on the platform. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from these terms are subject to resolution by the competent Bulgarian courts.
